Can I bring my lovely pet? 🐶

Most of the HOAs throughout Hilton Head Island does not allow pets. Unless expressly noted in the details in the villa description, the answer is - no. But, it never hearts to ask 😉

Check-in / Check out

Check-in time is after 4 pm. Our keyless entry is set to start working @4pm. The same is valid for the 10 am check-out.
If you are arriving earlier, please get in touch. We will make every effort to accommodate you. Unfortunately, early check-in is not guaranteed.
You are welcome to park and make the short walk to any of our beautiful beaches or take a bite to eat nearby.

What if I arrive in the middle of the night?

No worries! We have a fully automated keyless entry. Just look for the email with the check-in instructions! Typically sent out 2-3 days before the arrival date.

What kind of entertainment can I find around?

You will find plenty of personalized recommendations in our digital guide. But first ... you need to book one of our plush villas! 🥰

What do I need to bring with me?

Our villas a packed with everything you will need for an unforgettable vacation! It is a good idea to bring the things on the shortlist:

Is your villa professionally cleaned?

Yes. We have an immaculate cleaning process! Each villa is thoroughly cleaned immediately after guest departure. All villas are inspected again on the day of the next guest’s arrival.

What is your cancelation policy?

We have flexible 30 days policy. We will cancel and refund 100% of the amount paid 30 days before the arrival date.

Are there any hidden fees associated with the reservation?

All night, cleaning, booking fees, and taxes are included. If your villa is within a gated resort, you might need to pay a small one-time fee upon arrival.

Do I need to sign a rental agreement?

Yes. Good news 😎 - our rental agreement is brief, clear, and straightforward.

Do you have a damage deposit?

No. But we require a valid credit card on file with a “security hold” for $300. The “security hold” is released when the villa’s inspection completes after your departure.

Is booking directly with you safe?

Absolutely, as safe as any other booking site. Our site implements the SSL secure protocol, and all financial transactions are completed through an authorized merchant (Stripe®). All personal information is encrypted.
